“How does your agency promote safe and courteous use of its trails by different types of trail users?”
We have numerous signs indicating for bicyclists to yield to pedestrians and both users to yield to horses. We also have trail-etiquette brochures that we distribute, and we have volunteer Bike Ambassadors who periodically set up tables along our multi-use trails to answer questions and hand out our trail-etiquette brochures and bike maps.
