Ashburn, Va. (Jan. 30, 2020) — The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) has been named one of the 2020 Best Workplaces for Commuters for offering employees exceptional commuter benefits.
NRPA is among a select group of workplaces in the United States that have achieved the Best Workplaces for Commuters National Standard of Excellence by providing an array of commuter benefits, resulting in at least 14 percent of their employee base not driving alone to work within a 12-month period. NRPA offers employees several commuter-benefit options, including a teleworking program that allows staff to work from home up to three days per week, and an Emergency Ride Home program.
